  Unprofessional Bank with totally unprofessional employees that wouldn't even return your emails. By far stick with core Canadian banks that value the culture of people from this Land.

  I received excellent customer service from Josh Miller at this branch opening an account in Canada and simultaneously in France. It's very helpful to have a human face on a rather complicated transaction.

  Shameful institution closing my account because they found it suspicious that I used my card to pay for goods that I purchased at the duty free store. The closing of the account and withdrawal of my funds took excessively long. Had an impression that they are actually trying to scramble all the money they had at the branch to pay me off the 3k I had in my bank account. After finally paying it to me, the system could not finalize it! Anything simply not to pay you. Moral of the story, don't open an bank account at banks with funny names and no retail presence.

  Mediocre Service - Bank blocking your card at every instance, people never returning their phone calls or emails. Seems like a story of fundamental disconnect from what you should be expecting from a bank with a global name and what you are actually getting.
