  Laptop-friendly spot with tasty selection of sandwiches. I'm a fan of the duck & apricot, and the grilled veggie sandwiches. The student deal (salad, sandwich and lemonade) is great (especially if you've already had too much coffee). I've organized a few events there, and we were very satisfied with the spread that they offered for our groups.

  Favourite place to get lost on the internet with great coffee and amazing charcuterie board and baked goods. Staff are gorgeous.

  I love have Kafein has evolved over years, while staying true to its core. Kafein has been my go to place for many years - as I wore many hats over time, student, staff, student and staff member now again at Concordia. In the last year, they have been hit with the impact of construction on Bishop so I try to go there for lunch and coffee breaks as often as possible. I especially love their soups, teas and almond milk lattes. At night, downstairs transforms into a great spots for dates - drinks, grooves and spoken words. Maybe I will see you there next!

  It’s not too bad I liked the place. The coffee was great and they have a pretty mixed variety in the menu. The coffee shop is really cozy with an upstairs and downstairs place. Great to study or just go for a coffee.
