  The store has a cute hidden cafe located on the lower level with the men's section. A small/tight space that is hard to shop in when it is busy.

  Staff are never very interested in helping clients. If you compare to other stores, especially those at the same price levels or even those at lower levels, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Essentially they put any clothes you pick out in a change room, and then you're ignored for the rest of your visit. Nice store otherwise with interesting clothes.

  Love the clothes and decor, but theres only ONE store in QC, it is very inconvenient to buy any products, plus the canadian website is not functioning. so plz plz plz fix the website!

  The clothes are similar to J.Crew kind of quality but priced more expensive than J.Crew. The store stuff come and go quickly so the level of service is inconsistent. Sometimes there are no one at the fitting room area when people want to try another size. One has to get dressed back on, go back to the main store area, grab the other size, go back to the fitting room to do the fitting all over again. Not the kinda service if I could get a Kenzo or a Self-Portrait piece at the same price point. And I guess the company doesn't want to deal with Quebec anyway so the website will never work.
