  the sorriest experience of my life. All manner of people wonder aimlessly about the store. The clients are unattended to, the employs are more concerned with their hair and appearance than what they are supposed to be doing, I overheard many an employ talking about their own affairs while most customers are waiting. We forgot the ID, all mighty APPLE would not give us our phone even though it was the 2nd time we went to pick it up. The first time it was not ready despite an e-mail from the store saying it was. Ridiculously we got a threatening e-mail while waiting some more that if we did not pick it up they would ......

  Service is excellent. I’ve had many different issues and found the Apple Genius techs very helpful and invested in helping you solve the problem. It does get busy but if you are patient and polite/nice, they will give you the best service they can. I’m a fan of Apple specifically because of the support you can get whether it’s online, on the phone, or in person. It’s always been an excellent experience.

  Its becoming very clear as time passes by that the company once known as Apple has been replaced by a cheap impostor, with increasingly low quality products and what's worse horrible customer service.

  Finally we got it on the 3rd try, but we had to wait 35 minutes for someone to go to the back and bring to the front. Meanwhile a pimply 22 years old attempted to patronize my wife about her concerns. Big mistake, she is 10 times the person and she hate him alive, with kindness, I doubt the kid even comprehended.

  Besides that the store is well designed and the staff seems reasonably polite. The problem seems to be coming from above. Maybe the manager or the company as a whole, it's just not the same anymore.

  After giving my laptop in for what I was told was a necessary repair, I was given an estimate of 3 days. Being a student in University, this was not ideal in the first place. Eight days and several calls later, I was told that my laptop was ready for pick up. After waiting another hour to pick it up - I was informed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Eight days for nothing. When I brought my laptop home the same problem was occurring as when I brought it in, and the issue hadn’t even been attempted to be repaired.

  Apple products used to be high quality. I recently bought an iPad that was broken, i went to the store to return the cheap imitation of an iPad that i had been tricked into buying, but to my shock the manager some guy named peter, said that the one year warranty only applies the first week or so. If you notice that it is broken a month later its your own fault.
