  The lady works Mondays for Visa is extremely rude and beyond racist. They only have this one lady for the whole Visa appointments, which means you have to wait for minimum one hour although you have your appointment at a certain time. The place itself makes you feel like you're in a jail or something. Even the security man who probably works also Mondays is extremely rude and only nice to cute Italian girls. The whole situation makes you not want to go to this country AT ALL. VERY DISAPPOINTING

  paid 500$ for a request for Passport and Registry of Italian Citizen residing abroad on December 14 2016 and 6 months later (June 16, 2017) 2 calls , emails, and nobody seems to be wanting to help.....

  Not sure why they have rude staff who clearly detest visa applicants handling their visa application process. The woman whose job it is to answer questions from the public clearly hates her job, her life, and quite possibly everyone in the world. After a 30 second call during which she suggested I can't read, she hung up on me. It's enough to make me travel to Greece instead, and I suggest you do the same.
