  Three weeks passed since I have applied for my visa and no news so far. Based on their webpage info, I was expecting a maximum delay of three weeks and it is not yet processed. I have a flight in two days and no visa so far. The phone in English is simply a message. The one in French provides more options, yet no direct contact for visa services. I sent several e-mails and got one response that I should wait. Totally frustrating :(

  Applied for a visit visa to France. Everything went smooth and quick. No delays whatsoever. Staff were very friendly and spoke English to me as I am not fluent in French.

  Worst service ever. Their phone is just a machine that will not allow you to talk to a human being. Instead is a rude message that hungs up to you once is finished... I run to the office directly and the rudest guard aske me what I need and because it was just an inquiry he lifts his eyebrow , closes his microphone, make a call and says that there is "someone asking silly things" and by the way I can listen.. He gives me a paper and tells me to email them and that it.. No service and most of all no KINDNESS to other people. The reason why you work is people and this is why you should be kind with them and not treat them like you did to me. Aweful experience.

  Very very very good services. I received my visa within one day! All the people are very nice there! They gave me a good impression on France before going there!

  very rude people . i try forever on the phone to get a hold of someone and its just a damn machine . then i get in contact with someone and i wanted to get information on how to obtain a work visa and the lady tottaly flushed me . ''i dont know , i dont know'' thats all she kept saying then proceeds to say have a nice day and slams the line shut. tottally unprofessional
