  I wouldn't mind giving 5 star if it was open till 11:00pm on weekdays and 8:00pm on weekends like every other econofitness. It's one of the main downtown locations, and yet closes super early. I'm speaking on belhf of a lot of regular goers. Otherwise the place is clean and organized with new machines. Thanks

  The front desk young girl is soooo rude and arrogant！！！Bad experience！Even asked me to scan my membership card when leaving，which is ridiculous！Think about this..howcome I could get in without a card unless you front desk people open the door for me？I pick this gym only because I live nearby，no second good reason. The owner better hires qualified staff （at least treat custom like custom）much better than this rude front desk lady！

  Arrogant lady at the reception. Very rude. The guy at the Atwater branch is so much awesome and polite. For sure go for Atwater branch.

  It would be better if they extended the open hour for weekends because weekends are really perfect for working out while you have not to do.

  It s in downtown so expect to have lots of people going there. If there are lots of people going, we expect at least that the staff takes care to clean the changing room/washroom area. Unfortunately, I think they don't do that enough. There were toilette papers on the floor, stains in the changing room cabines. It felt filthy. The sound from studio room, it s too loud. I tried to lower it but even at the minimun, it sounded like to the max. The reason is because the room is not big so it should fix the volume a little lower.
