  The system is trash, ppl there are worse, they really don’t care if you are sick or not. Should close down for reconstruct your system and employees.

  The worst clinic i have ever been to, would give it 0 stars if I could. Wasnt able to get seen with an urgent health problem because they had only one doctor on duty that day, but the receptionists said my issue was urgent and flat out refused to give me a routine appointment. Furthermore, insufficient information was provided to me about an upcoming screening. Receptionists are abrupt and inconsiderate. If you need to see a doctor, the only real option is to go to urgent care, for which you need to be awake very early and have the whole morning free. not to mention I've called three times in the last week, to be call number 12, 19 and 20 in the queue - this is frankly ridiculous. The first two times i simply didn't have time to wait and the third i put them on speaker, since I knew it would take a long time. The receptionist was then annoyed i had put her on speaker and in this process slowed down giving me the information i needed about my screening WHICH I should have already been given. Honestly if you can afford to to to an alternative clinic, avoid this one at all costs. I have never experienced such terrible care. EDIT: receptionist has provided me with the wrong phone number to find out more information about my screening. Appalling service yet again.

  This clinic is the absolute worst. I don’t understand how a university clinic has doctors and reception staff who don’t care about their patients. The doctor I saw either hates her job, or she received her MD from some third grade medical institution. This woman saw me crying about my horrible back pain, and told me that she didn’t know what I wanted and that she could do nothing. Don’t be stupid. Send me for x-rays, an MRI, and prescribe pain relieves for the time being. Idiot. I also had to wait 40 minutes to see her, despite having booked an appointment 2 weeks prior. Trying to book an appointment is a whole other disaster. I called at 10am, like I was supposed to, only to end up waiting 40 minutes to BOOK my appointment. What an absurd clinic. For such a large and renowned university, it’s ridiculous how crappy the medical clinic is.

  This clinic needs to organize their schedule way beforehand. It is often impossible to get an appointment with the doctor during the school term unless you get up really early (while you are sick) or call before you know you are sick early in the week. Better off going to other private clinics.

  Worst possible clinic, waiting time is awful, you have to wait to get an appointement, then to give lab results, then the doctors are always late....
