    A friend of mine was visiting Canada and was staying by this store, so I had asked him if he could go in and specifically ask if they had any "exclusive Canada charms." They sold him the Canada heart flag dangle as exclusive to Canada for the 150th anniversary, which is a BIG LIE because when I went to my local Pandora store to get a cleaning done, they not only told me it wasn't exclusive but it was available internationally! Very disappointing that a store has to lie to customers to make sales.

    Went back to the store to exchange a gift for a different sized bracelet. Woman said she would help me after the customer behind me paid. I said yes no problem. 25min after waiting for her to finish the transaction she goes to help another customer.... Terrible customer service by that woman.

    Jewelry store with subpar service. It's very hard to find something simple and classy. Most of their products are feet blingy.

    Terrible experience, have to wait so long for a simple request. Buy 500$ and need photocopy ID? Seriously? Won't recommend anybody come here. It's overpriced anyway.
