  Booked this hotel at the last minute to celebrate New Years Eye, and had a great stay! Initially, I had checked in to a room, but being New Years Eye, there was a super noisy party next door. I went down to the reception and requested for another room. The supervisor in charge that night (caucasian and bald I forgot his name), was very professional and friendly and offered me a room on another floor immediately, and to let him know if it is more quiet. After 30 mins of moving in, he called the phone in my room to see if I was satisfied (which I was)!

  Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed is comfy. Not sure what more you could want, given this reasonable price point!

  We hosted a conference at this Best Western, and the hotel management was extremely helpful and accommodating from the first contact until the end of the meeting. Participants from 11 countries felt the rooms, setting and food were perfect, and that they were respected and well taken care of. The central position of the hotel is an additional +. Mr Zikry, the manager, is a unique man, very experienced in what he does. Highly recommended

  EVENT PLANNERS: I have used this property for the last three years and have no complaints. The general manager is great to work with and will take great care of you and your group from your arrival to your departure. We look forward to returning each year for our conference because we know the customer service is top shelf, that the food will be excellent, the hotel rooms will be very clean, and that our people will be well cared for. Great location and close to everything! Stop searching and book with them today!

  Despite the fact the hotel has its age, it is great place to stay, clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly reception staff. Price was reasonable, and perfect location - 10min walk to Bell Center (if you go to see the game). Also shopping possibilities very close, dinning no problem.

  I have been a satisfied Best Western customer for many years, but no longer. I just called to cancel my reservation more than 30 days in advance and I was told that I could not. I was told the reason was due to my agreeing to pay in advance for the reservation. There is nothing I can do now that they have my money. They are thieves. Stay away. They won't be fooling me again. Don't let them fool you.
