  I organized a workshop event at La Citadelle. It was very easy to get the rooms. The size was slightly small for 50 people but it was doable. The set-up was not exactly what we had agreed upon and there was very little on-site support. The rooms were very functional though. I do think they need to adjust/replace the projector. The projection was small and the colours were off.

  The staff has been amazing no complaints. The help my daughter navigate being away from home. They are kind understand and informative. The building itself is clean and well maintained. The only thing that's hard about the location is parking can be tricky but you can find some on the street or the garage next door if your lucky that is. Overall we've only had positives at this location.

  Since this September the construction in building A is killing everyone! From 8:30 am there will be super loud drill sound around ur head no matter which floor u live it will last for the whole morning and noon! This is really frustrating for those students have late classes everyday. Call them and they say they can't change the time for the constitution or do anything else! Can't even take a good rest! I'm so disappointed!

  Best university residence I've stayed in ever. When they change the towels, tidy the room and make the beds daily plus supply shampoo and shower gel it's nothing like a university residence.

  There's a gentleman that works at the front desk and his name is Ari and there's also a lady too but I forgot her name. They both helped me with shipping out my golf shoes that I left there during the Formula 1 weekend. This is what customer service is all about. Awesome staff.
