  The hotel is well located in the downtown core. Its within a 5 minute walk to just about everything: restaurants, shopping, music clubs, bars, sports events, concerts, and a nice public space just outside the doors. Very well priced for the area. Conference rooms and spacious and comfortable, guest rooms are on the small side but everything you need is outside your door, VIP rooms are beyond great! The staff and service team is very hospitable. Its my family's choice when they come to town for events.

  I was there for a conference in late October 2017 and had a wonderful experience. The service is impeccable. The hotel staff was incredibly responsive to all requests and really made our group feel completely taken care of. The food and accommodations are all excellent. And the location in downtown is fantastic: walking distance to great restaurants, museums, Mont Royal, and Old Montreal. I highly recommend it!

  This hotel and its staff are amazing! Priscilla at the front desk greeted us with such warmth on a very cold night! She was all smiles and laughter, it made all the difference! Had a problem with the thermostat in my room and the electrician came and fixed it up immediately, apologizing the entire time. He was also full of smiles! I was so tired that I forgot to get his name! The room was nice and cozy and I slept like a baby. Would definitely recommend this hotel and wish my company would use this hotel instead of the other

  Nice hotel in general. It would need a renewal as the room are not so young anymore and very dark with quite loud heating system. If you are sensible to dust ask for a hypoallergenic room and you will likely feel much better. The room size is fine and the food and service is good. If you have the chance to have access to the lounge then you can have nice breakfast and dinner all inclusive :) The gym and pool can be accessed almost at all hours which is great for people living at a different hour :)

  bed bug check was good - rooms need upgrading: strange carpet in some umber material and that wallpaper and drapes from a cappuccino line made famous in the 80s. Hallways were noisy early in the evening but overall restful sleep. Quick check-in good location to catch a hockey game.
