  This is a beautiful hotel. Very clean and nice lobby. The service was excellent and the friend desk staff were very friendly. The hotel has wifi and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Excellent room service that is fast and efficient with lots of options.

  Great time at this hotel. I enjoyed staying here with my friend for New Years. The hotel is clean and spacious. Amenities are great and location is perfect.

  Great location, easy free street parking (ask the valet for pointers), rigid ‘French’ customer service. We were required to pay a mandatory 30% up charge to fit one adult and 2 young children because there was no rollaway and we were told it was a safety hazard for the three of us to occupy one room.

  I've stayed at a few Sofitels in different cities before. This one provides the best service by far. We were greeted as soon as we stepped out of the car, the bellman made effort to learn our names from our bag tags. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and professional. He made sure to answer all our questions and gave us a detailed run down of all the amenities. The staff here is incredible. They greet us every morning when we come down the elevator. Whether they remember us or not they really make it seem like they do to make us feel at home. Also an excellent location in the city. We came here in the winter and it's a very short walk to get to the underground network if you don't want to be outside too much.

  My partner stayed with them for business trip, had to deposit $500 from her personal account, as she was using a third party authorized credit card.. they were supposed to refund her during check out.. it has been 2 weeks we have not received the amount back, in spite of following up every single day... will not stay with them again... getting back your money should not be this hard.
