    I tried to rent a furnished appartment with KW. Agent MA was very slow in responding, misleaded me two times that the apartment was available when it was not, and I was under the impression that I the customer was running after them all the time. Not a good experience.

    If you are reading this review, you have already started looking for other property or moved on from this agency after many follow ups. This agency simply wastes your time and money but can’t provide services in time. If you still wish to go with this agency, prepare to do huge follow up calls. Worst part is they don’t receive or return calls. Over 10 follow up they may answer you for one call and will tell you, they are still working and it will take time.
